Neil Lofts, Sales and Marketing Director
Neil’s responsibilities include the growth of the business through extending industry awareness and increasing client base. His experience in the Pick Pack industry is vast and varied and dates back to 1996.
Neil’s extensive work experience spans the transport, freight and car industries as well as the food service and distribution industry. Over the years Neil has looked after major national accounts and, in the role of Quality Manager, guided businesses to achieve ISO 9002 certification.
Neil is a keen tennis player and President of a local tennis club.
Jim Bajada, Finance and Business Director
Jim has had an extensive career path spanning various industries (retail, transport, manufacturing and finance). His time at Brambles Industries as General Manager for the Waste Disposal division and as National Commercial Manager for the Transport and Equipment Hire divisions exposed him to a high level of board presentations, involvement in due diligence exercises for company acquisitions, and management of an extensive team of accounting professionals.
His experience also extends to the establishment, growth and successful sale of two private companies in the food distribution and the computer retailing sectors.
A huge AFL enthusiast, Jim’s ideal winter weekend involves watching his team play at the MCG.
Daniel Bennett, Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Daniel is responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse and that production is fully resourced to ensure all client deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
Daniel has over 10 year’s extensive experience in Warehouse and Distribution, complimented by his degree in Management & Logistics from the University of South Australia. He has worked in the transport industry, undertaking various national roles, incorporating all the traditional 3PL functions. Along the way, Daniel has worked with one of Australia’s largest Car Auction companies, being responsible for the auctions of approximately 1,200 cars weekly. Commencing in this industry as a Logistics Manager, Daniel’s commitment to his clients and his work ethic led to the role of National Logistics Co-ordinator.
Daniel is a dedicated Basketball fan, and lover of a round of golf.
At an early age, Susan demonstrated a knack for being able to listen to clients, take note of their requests, quickly assess and suggest courses of action and follow through delivering exactly what was required – attributes necessary in her sales and marketing career. In short, relationship building is her forté.
Susan’s success led her to being in great demand and she used this to hone her skills for organisations in a range of industries including major chains in the retail sector, publishing, food manufacturing and distressed/surplus stock industries. Her work has helped raise the profile and success of these organisations.
Susan has a great passion for food and has owned and managed 2 restaurants in the Sydney CBD.
Nella’s responsibilities are in client service and account management. Nella ensures that client needs are attended to and personalise their relationships with ezi-Pac.
Nella started her career with Malleys Whirlpool as a Secretary. A change of career path occurred when she went into finance/banking and progressed from being a Teller to eventually becoming a Branch Manager with Statewide Building Society.
The next stage of Nella’s career was in the furniture industry where she worked for a small furniture importer. As in all small organisations, her role was very diverse which exposed her to many functions from foreign exchange transactions to general management to union negotiations and beyond.
Nella’s interests include cooking – specialising in traditional Italian cuisine and has a passion for making unique and creative jewellery.
